In this real estate team decorated with various cultures and colors, Gabriela has a versatile and eventful professional background. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts, specializing in Performing Arts, and has a long experience as an actress, writer, producer, and radio host in her home country, Venezuela.
Gabriela has a passion for communication and languages, which is why, upon arriving in Montreal, she wanted to improve her verbal skills and obtained certificates in English and French from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). This passion led her to learn Italian as well. She is comfortable in French, English, Italian, and Spanish, her native language. In 2004, she decided to dive headfirst into the real estate field, and upon obtaining her certificate as a real estate broker, she started working alongside Raymond Larivière as a business partner.
All this journey speaks of a resourceful and creative person, capable of stepping out of her comfort zone and moving forward even in uncertain situations.
Gabriela is both an artist and an entrepreneur, avant-garde and organized, sensitive, and a woman of action.
Today, after 15 years in the real estate industry, she has retired as a broker and has fully embraced the administration of Groupe LaRivière, where she is the right hand of the agency's director. She coordinates administrative activities, manages social networks, and is responsible for organization within the office.

With over 30 years of experience, he has made it his mission to advise and represent his clients efficiently at a reasonable cost, providing personalized and quality service. He graduated in law from McGill University and completed his legal training with a degree in business administration from McGill University and a master's degree in taxation from the University of Sherbrooke. He is also a graduate in civil engineering from École Polytechnique and a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. His experience has allowed him to represent clients and plead before the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec, the Canadian Tax Court, and the Labour Relations Board (CRT).

Benoit Malboeuf has been practicing as a tax specialist and professional accountant for about twenty years. With a master's degree in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke and a bachelor's degree in economics, he is also a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA), the Canadian Tax Foundation (CTF), and the Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF). Eric Joseph Tremblay

Originally from Malartic, a Boomtown city in Abitibi, Eric Joseph Tremblay graduated from the School of Architecture at the Université de Montréal in 1996. He began his professional life at Scéno Plus (1996 to 2000), where he was part of the team that created the performance halls for Cirque du Soleil.
In 2001, he was one of the founding members of the Polygone Studio worker cooperative, where he worked on communicating architectural projects for many architectural firms. He has been a member of the Ordre des architectes du Québec since April 2009.
He leads the BOOM-TOWN architecture studio, which offers a reinterpretation of architectural projects by working on space, light, and material, based on the original principles of Boomtown buildings that stood out for their simple facades, square volumes, and flat roofs, an innovation at the time. Today, the simplicity and efficiency of these achievements inspire the design of contemporary projects that, with their innovative and contextual architecture, enhance their environment and the experience of their users.
